Making Strange

Has anyone else's LO's started to make strange?

Calli is doing it BAAAAD! She will scream at the first site of anyone other than her dad and I. It sucks when she does it sometimes....like last night at DH's hockey game when my best friend tried talking to her. I could not get her calmed down after that for quite a while.

I AM looking forward to her doing it to my MIL though hahahaha!

I've never heard the term "making strange" before! I guess it's kind of separation anxiety? Veronica did that with one of my friends last week. She cried as soon as my friend held her. So embarrassing for the friend! Today my mother's helper told me that while I was gone for about 30 min. Veronica would cry every time she looked at her! (Before you get jealous, I only have the helper for 3 hours a week, unfortunately! Although today she took care of babies AND cleaned all the gunk out of my washing machine - something I would not likely make time for!)

I like your comment about your MIL! Ha ha!
